FORM AR-SC TERTIARY EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
This form is self-explanatory.
You enter your name and the name of the qualification
You insert any tertiary education you completed.
You need to list the subjects you passed and the year you passed them
This could be University or Technical College courses you attended.
If you have more than one qualification complete a separate form for each qualification.
