FORM REF LET & REF-SC – REFEREE REPORT
The following starts with information notes for completing the referees report.
To complete the requirements for registering with ECSA you have to provide three references. One or more of these must be an ECSA registered Engineer in any discipline as long as he can vouch for your work. Other references can be supplied if they are aware of your capabilities in the fire industry. Your manager/ director should be one of these.
The first form REF LET is a standard letter that you send to your proposed referee.
Attach the following notes SC4 for the referee to understand the requirements.
The referee must then complete the form REF-SC sign and deliver direct to ECSA.
The form is not for you to view but for the referee to reveal direct to ECSA. The form suggests posting to ECSA. Rather ask him/her if he/she can hand deliver it, courier it or maybe email it to ECSA. (You need to get a correct email address at ECSA)
