FORM IPD – SC INITIAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REPORT
The first page sheet SC5 should be read before completing the IPD-SC form
The IPD – SC form requires you to list all the training courses you have attended over the years.
The first section of the form is where you fill in all engineering courses attended, this will include in house training, supplier training, SAQCC course training.
The second section is for management courses conducted i.e. Wits business school – Marketing management
The third section is specific computer courses you may have attended i.e. ACAD, Excel or panel programming courses.
You should include in these lists’ seminars, conferences, symposia, workshops you may have attended to indicate how you keep up with technology and industry changes in your given field of expertise.
Include in your submission the top line certificates you have.
